Please read first: Media you share publicly may be accessed, downloaded or reposted by others. Do not upload unlawful or infringing material, or sensitive information that should not be public. We perform content safety checks and provide reporting and human review channels. Deletion and account restrictions may affect the availability of your media and links.
1. Service and accounts
We provide image upload, storage, display, album management, sharing and image links. Available formats, file sizes and features are shown on the relevant pages. You must sign in to upload.
These terms are based on applicable laws and regulations, including China's Measures for the Administration of Internet Information Services, Civil Code, Cybersecurity Law and Personal Information Protection Law. When registering or enabling relevant features, read and confirm these terms as instructed on the page. Separate valid consent must be obtained for personal information processing that legally requires it; viewing this page does not constitute such consent.
Provide the accurate, lawful and valid information needed for your account, and protect your password, email account and other access credentials. Do not impersonate others, steal accounts, trade unlawfully obtained accounts or help others use the service unlawfully. If your account is compromised or information is exposed, change the affected credentials and contact us promptly. Information-publishing services that legally require identity verification may be provided only after that verification. Email verification is not statutory real-name verification.
2. Content and conduct rules
Content you upload, name, describe, display or share must comply with Chinese laws and regulations, social ethics and public order. Do not use this site to create, store or distribute the following unlawful content:
- Information that negates the fundamental principles of the Constitution, endangers national security, discloses state secrets, undermines national unity, or harms national honor or interests;
- Information promoting terrorism or extremism, inciting ethnic hatred or discrimination, undermining ethnic unity or national religious policy, or spreading cult teachings or feudal superstition;
- Fabricated rumors that disrupt economic or social order, or content involving obscenity, pornography, gambling, violent terror, fraud or incitement to crime;
- Insults, defamation, cyberbullying, malicious disclosure of others' private information, or content infringing rights such as likeness, reputation, personal information or copyright;
- Content infringing the lawful rights of heroes and martyrs, harming minors' physical or mental health, involving child pornography or sexual exploitation, and other information prohibited by law.
Avoid harmful content, including malicious sensationalism, vulgar material, graphic gore, frightening content and material that encourages minors to imitate dangerous acts. Do not upload malware, viruses or phishing material, attack systems, bypass access restrictions, abuse the service, manipulate traffic or interfere with others' use. Private settings and password protection do not permit unlawful uploads.
When using AI-generated or synthetic content, comply with applicable labeling requirements. Do not maliciously remove legally required labels or use synthetic content to impersonate others, commit fraud or mislead the public.
3. Rights to media and necessary permissions
Copyright and other lawful rights remain with the original rights holders. You must have the rights or permissions needed to upload, store and share your media. Where it involves another person's likeness, privacy or personal information, you must have an appropriate lawful basis and obtain consent when required.
To provide the services you choose, you permit us to store, back up and organize your media, generate tags and preview images, display and share it under your chosen permissions, and check content safety, only as necessary. This permission is non-exclusive and limited to providing the service. It does not transfer ownership or automatically authorize sale, advertising endorsements or model training. Those new uses require any further authorization that applies.
Public availability does not give unrestricted permission for commercial use, reposting or derivative works. Anyone using another person's media must obtain the appropriate permission or qualify for a use permitted by law.
4. Content moderation and enforcement
We review images, animated images, videos and related text through automated checks, reports and human review. Review may take place after publication and may miss content or make mistakes. Successful upload, publication or temporary availability does not mean that all reviews are complete.
When reliable evidence shows that media is high-risk or violates the rules, we may automatically delete the media concerned and apply the account rules below. Medium-risk, low-risk, unclear, erroneous or insufficiently supported results go to human review. Existing access permissions remain in place during review; uncertain results alone do not trigger automatic penalties.
Ordinary violations are counted as independent events within the last 90 days: a warning for the first event, followed by upload restrictions of 24 hours, 7 days and 30 days. Media involved in the first violation is still deleted. Penalties escalate only for new conduct after the previous on-site notice. Historical content found together, versions or excerpts of the same media, and repeated reviews are not counted again as new violations.
After a separate administrator review, a serious violation may result in a 30-day upload restriction or permanent suspension. Automated review does not directly impose a permanent ban. An account restriction or suspension does not authorize automatic erasure of its other media, albums, profile information or keys.
When unlawful content is found, or a valid rights notice or competent authority's request is received, we take necessary measures required by law, such as stopping distribution, deletion, blocking, disabling links or restricting features. We preserve relevant records and fulfill reporting and assistance duties as legally required. Measures should be proportionate to the violation and allow lawful appeals.
You may request an explanation of automated action, challenge it, object to a solely automated decision that significantly affects your rights, and request human review. Confirmed errors should lead to correction of account penalties and cancellation of deletions not yet executed. Permanently deleted files cannot be recovered.
5. Reports, infringement notices and appeals
Send your request to mail@imgcc.cloud, or use the contact page. We recommend a subject such as "Unlawful Content Report", "Infringement Complaint" or "Moderation Appeal".
- When reporting content, provide the specific page or image link, an explanation and contact details for our reply. Do not publicly redistribute unlawful images in order to report them.
- For infringement complaints, provide necessary proof of the rights holder's identity or your authority to act, preliminary evidence of rights and infringement, a clear requested action, and a statement that the information is truthful and accurate.
- For appeals, provide your account details, the affected content's link or identifier, the reasons for your objection and relevant evidence, such as authorization. Do not submit false notices or use complaints to harass others.
We review requests promptly and prioritize unlawful content or urgent risks as required by law. For ordinary requests, we generally respond with an acknowledgment or outcome within 15 working days. If more information or investigation is needed, we explain why. Shorter statutory deadlines apply where required. When infringement notices or counter-notices must legally be forwarded, only information necessary to resolve the dispute is forwarded. You may also complain to a competent authority or seek judicial remedies.
6. Public sharing, privacy and deletion
Public media, albums and profile information may be indexed by search engines or downloaded and shared by others. Check visibility settings before publishing. File links already shared may remain accessible; changing profile or album settings cannot retrieve content others have saved or forwarded.
This site is not a secure vault for identity documents, medical records, financial information, precise home addresses or other sensitive files.Original files may retain metadata such as capture time, device model and location. We recommend removing it before uploading. For other personal information processing, read our Privacy Policy.
You can delete media you control through media management or contact us to request deletion. Copies may be cleared at different times. Information that must be retained by law is handled under the Privacy Policy. We cannot directly retrieve copies that others have downloaded or reposted, but will assist within our responsibilities and capabilities. Keep any backups you need of lawful media.

We are also responsible for our own conduct and do not transfer all risks to users.
9. Changes to these terms and dispute resolution
We will retain a version date on this page. Material changes affecting users' main rights and obligations will be communicated through reasonable means, such as a prominent notice, with any confirmation procedures required by law. Changes will not retroactively remove rights already lawfully acquired. Where changes to the purpose, method or categories of personal information processing require consent, valid consent will be obtained separately.
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes may first be discussed through the email address above. If no agreement is reached, a claim may be brought before a competent people's court in accordance with the law. These terms do not remove any right users have under the law to choose jurisdiction. If a provision is invalid, the remaining lawful and valid provisions remain effective.
